Here are some Honiton patterns I have designed – enjoy! All patterns are my copyright, they have been set to print on A4 paper so if you are from a county that doesn’t use A4 paper please amend your printer settings so that the prickings are exactly the same size as I designed them.

The pattern for these beginners pieces of Honiton lace appeared in LACE 153. I designed them specifically to work with beginners to cover most of what I consider to be the basics of Honiton lace. The red coarse thread it to clearly show where the coarse thread is present and what it does (for example crossing in the half stitch flower and not being present in the rib with purls on the kite. The pattern is saved here.
